Terms of Service
1- Payment will be requested in FULL through paypal invoice in USD, prior to starting order. Payment must be received in full prior to me starting the commission.
2- The artist WILL NOT issue refunds if you, the client, have already received the files.
3- If you cancel a commission that has already been started, you will lose 50% of what you’ve paid. The artist also reserve the right to finish and re-sell the product.
4- The artist WILL NOT send source files. Don’t waste time asking for them.
5- Made to order (custom designs) will not be resold or redistributed unless agreed upon by the client and the artist. The artist is however allowed to re-use any of the designs made for a customer for advertisement.
6- Unless agreed upon, the artist reserves the right to post the client's order in their Portfolio and on their social medias. There will always be a link to the clients channel or the client will be tagged in any post related to the order.
7- The artist has the right to refuse any order as she sees fit.
8- The artist rejects any responsibility for copyright issues. Everything used in the clients designs are 100% free.
Commercial and Distribution Rights
You can NOT claim any the artists work/edits/materials as your own work. You can NOT resell any of my products for your own profit. If your commission involves any commercial use (printing for merch, use for promotions, etc), you will have to purchase the distribution rights for $50. This purchase can only occur when ordering said designs.
Commission Process
1- Fill out the commission form on the commission page and email it to me at graphicsbyandreadawn@gmail.com . I will inspect your form and if approved, will message you to let you know. If there are any issues with your form I will message you so we can edit your form together. I will message you again when I start working on your order. If you don’t reply within the next 24 hours, I’ll move on to the next client.
2- Once I start working on your project, I will send you watermarked sketches for you to approve. I can re-work your sketches for free up to 3 times. Any additional revisions will come at a cost.
3- After sketches have been approved, I’ll begin working on your final pieces. Again, you will receive a watermarked in-progress image that I can re-work up to 3 times. At this point, if you’re asking for a completely different design after approving the original sketches, you will have to repay the cost of the order.
4- Once your commission has been completed I will send you the full resolution files with no watermark.
5- I allow free SMALL revisions for up to 3 days after completion of your project. I allow larger revisions for $20 a piece. Any revision after 3 days will incur the full cost of the order.
